Want a Tighter Tummy? Get Ready to Fight the Holiday Flab!
The weather suddenly became cooler and I am finding myself indoors much more than than I want! I used to strap Cali in her stoller and we'd go for a three mile walk most every day. I'm sad to say that it's been over a month (at least?) since we've gone for a stroll. My (pretty lame) excuses have kept me indoors and inactive!
My tummy is starting to get even more flabby... Yes, I've noticed! So that's why I am starting the:
Fight Holiday Flab Challenge.
I am challenging myself to do:
** 100 Sit-Ups/Crunches A Day for 30 days
Want to Join Me? Leave a comment below and let me know that you are fighting the flab too!
I'll give personal updates and tips as we go along together. I'm looking forward to feeling much better about myself; I hope you are too!

I'm in!
I'll join you. I think I may pass out before i get around to doing 100. I was in pain doing 10 a month and a half ago. hahah! I'll definitely try and do as much a I can though. :-)
Count me in! I need this challenge like you wouldn't believe!

i'm in. . my physiotherapist told me AGAIN that I need to strengthen my 'front' in order to help my back. . so I'm starting today (Nov. 24) Thanx for the kick in the pants, Jess!
as a former competitive gymnast... I was used to training at least 30 hours a week... [yes, seriously...] and doing hundreds and hundreds of crunches and situps and tons of other exercises a day... along with actual gymnastics... so things have gone WAY downhill since i graduated from highschool... going from 30 hours of INTENSE exercise a week to a couple of hours of not so intense exercise a week is ridiculous... my tummy flab is out of control at this point...so i am most definitely going to join in you doing at least 100 situps and crunches a day... in fact i'm going to start now. thanks for inspiring/encouraging me. :]
